Mariana
CEO & Co-Founder
Mariana was born and raised in Lima, Peru and moved to Colorado after pursuing her degree in business in her hometown. Being an education and outdoor recreation coach and mentor exposed her to the underrepresentation of minority groups in the outdoors and inspired her to make a difference.
She learned about packrafting in the summer of 2019 and it is her favorite summer activity now. She dreams of making the outdoors and packrafting more accessible for everyone.
Mike
Co-Founder
Mike was born and raised in Florida and moved to Western Colorado to work seasonally for the National Park Service shortly after college. He loved the wide range of different outdoor adventures to be had throughout the year and stuck around.
His favorite part about packrafting is that it’s so easy to combine with other activities to double the adventure. He has carried his packrafts on bikes, motorcycles, through canyons, over mountains, and more! He has spent several years in South America and has dreams of returning to Patagonia for an extended packrafting trip.
