Our limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of all packrafts sold by Alluvia Raft LLC, for one (1) year from the date of original purchase of this product. This limited warranty does not cover any damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from any alteration, modification, improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, fire, improper packing, or other acts of nature. This warranty shall not cover damages resulting from commercial and rental use, and does not apply when the hull number or production code has been deliberately altered, defaced or removed. Only the original purchaser of this product is covered and it is not transferable to subsequent purchasers or owners of this product.<\/p>\n
Alluvia Raft LLC, at its sole discretion, will provide one of the following three solutions to whatever extent it shall deem necessary to satisfy a proper claim under this limited warranty:<\/p>\n
If this product is returned to Alluvia Raft LLC, this product must be insured during shipment, with the insurance and shipping charges prepaid by the buyer. If this product is returned uninsured, the buyer assume all risks of loss or damage during shipment.<\/p>\n
